They are seeking an experienced Solar Technician to join their team in Vermont. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of commercial and community-scale solar projects through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. • Strong understanding of O&M workflows, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance

  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and as-built drawings

  • Skilled in performing I-V curve tracing, insulation resistance testing, and thermal imaging diagnostics

  • Knowledge of NEC code compliance and safety protocols for solar installations

  • Experience replacing and commissioning major components such as inverters, modules, and data acquisition hardware

  • Ability to work independently in the field and coordinate with remote operations teams

  • Familiarity with SCADA and monitoring platforms for system performance tracking

  • Commitment to high safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE best practices
