Salary Range: $140,000 – $165,000

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the expertise to lead solar projects from inception to completion, demonstrating the ability to oversee other project managers effectively. With a focus on Community and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects, the Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of renewable energy initiatives. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Minimum of 2+ years in the C&I, Community, or Utility scale solar space
Extensive experience leading construction of solar PV projects
Ability to assist in the build of procedures and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
Strong understanding of renewable energy permitting processes
