Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).

  • 3+ years of experience in solar project engineering, preferably in C&I projects.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar solar design software.

  • Familiarity with NEC codes, utility interconnection standards, and state-specific solar regulations.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, inverters, racking, and balance-of-system components.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CT utility interconnection processes.

  • Knowledge of energy storage integration and hybrid solar solutions.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT certification.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Opportunity to work on impactful renewable energy projects.

  • Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

  • Hybrid or flexible work options.
