About the Role:

We are seeking a multifaceted professional to serve as a Dual-Hat Engineering and Operations Lead, combining hands-on technical expertise with operational and strategic responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to manage renewable energy projects, lead on-site teams, improve processes, and support company growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering and operations for renewable energy projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Serve as the licensed electrical lead (Master Electrician or PE, Utah preferred) for permitting and project stamping.
Manage on-site staff, project schedules, and permitting processes across active installations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and company growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in renewable energy projects, including BESS.
Licensed Master Electrician or PE in Utah (multi-state licensing a plus).
Strong project and operations management experience: staff coordination, scheduling, permitting knowledge, and process improvement.
Strategic mindset with ability to wear multiple hats and drive results beyond engineering tasks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation:

$90,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and capabilities.
